Quail Corners Animal Hospital is currently recruiting for our Client Care Specialist EMERGENCY Team! We are seeking experienced, professional, compassionate and outgoing individuals to fill a Part-Time Client Care Special role our EMERGENCY SERVICES.
Our ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, customer-focused, enjoys working with both people and animals, is reliable and is eager to learn.
The ER Duties Include:
Checking patients in and out and collecting payments.
Maintaining office supplies and forms necessary to carry out front desk activities.
Scheduling appointments for patients in accordance with established procedures.
Answering calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional and courteous manner
Working with veterinarians, and patients in a compassionate and kind manner
Receiving and conveying messages in clear and concise writing, electronically and verbally
Scanning, filing, and faxing documents.
Contributing equitably to the maintenance of cleanliness of the medical practice.
This part-time position requires previous experience in customer service and knowledge of and/or experience as a veterinary receptionist. Motivated individuals who possess the following characteristics will be our ideal candidates:
Skills:
Ability to communicate well and in a caring and supportive manner with individuals of all backgrounds.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma a minimum, some college preferred
Veterinary Customer service experience
