Friendly, energetic TEAM member with excellent communication skills is needed for a Pediatric Dental practice that focuses on outstanding patient satisfaction! Candidate must excel in customer service and have a friendly and upbeat personality! Must be energetic, a quick learner, detailed and have an ability to multitask and deliver exceptional customer service. Minimum of 2 years dental experience required. Patterson EagleSoft experience and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Duties for this part time position include but are not limited to:
-appointment scheduling
-appointment confirmations , including SolutionReach Software
-answering multi-line phone system
-verifying insurance/File insurance claims/understand insurance coverage
-assisting caregivers with payments
-5 Star customer care service
-check in/out patients
-presenting pediatric dental treatment plans to parents/caregivers
-internal/external marketing
