JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commercial Projects Apprentice is an entry level position that involves but is not limited to:
Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repairing HVAC and Refrigeration equipment. Systems such as compressors, condensers, staged multi compressor rack systems, DX cooling, refrigerators, walk-in coolers, freezers, rooftop package equipment, and system controls.
Inspecting equipment checking for leaks, correcting electrical connections & making necessary repairs.
Pipefitting, brazing, soldering, and insulating as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school or GED
0-3 years field experience
Good mechanical aptitude
EPA Certification, Universal
Valid drivers license
Transportation to and from work
Drug-free
Work with minimal supervision
Must be able to lift 75lbs
COMPENSATION:
Hourly: $13 - $18 hr (Based on qualifications & previous work experience)
