These are two separate positions. We are actually in need of one Customer Service person and 2 Laundromat attendants. The Customer Service person would need to have some working knowledge of fabrics and Dry Cleaning experience is desired but the ability to manage people, work with customers in a sales role and operate the pick-up and delivery service is required. You will also be waiting on counter customers, identifying clothing and stains, performaing and performing Wash-Dry-Fold services and other duties as they may be assigned to you. In other words you will be responsible for the success and day-to-day operations of the store while on your shift. You must have a great attitude, ability to get along well with others and have a good knowledge of material and clothing types. You also must have a very professional appearance. You will be representing our business so image and professionalism is very important.
The Laundromat attendant is responsible for the maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for our customers. You will be required to clean, help customers with their laundry and perform Wash-Dry-Fold services as well as assist with the laundry from various commercial accounts. This position is part-time and mainly works in the afternoons, nights or weekends. The ability to get along well with others is required. Two of these positions are available. One is located in Angier and one is in Erwin.
We are looking for someone who wants to work and not just have a job. You should be stable in your personal life and want to work long-term. These are full-time position (approx. 40 hours per week) and part-time positions. We have four locations, Angier, Erwin Dunn and Benson.
