Turf and Scapes, Inc. is looking for a lawn and landscape maintenance technician to work in the Wake Forest/North Raleigh area with at least two years experience in lawn and landscaping maintenance. Excellent opportunity for a person that is a hard worker and self-starter. Pay rate will be based on experience but typically ranges from $15-18/hr. for this position. Here is what you will need to be considered for the position:
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background screening
Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
A minimum of 2 year of experience as well as experience with the equipment we use and their proper maintenance.
The candidate should be:
familiar with all aspects of excellent lawn maintenance including: operating equipment, identifying grass types, being knowledgeable about mowing/weed eating/blowing/edging, using herbicides, planting all materials, installing mulch and pine straw, aerating and seeding, leaf removal, and any other duties as assigned.

responsible and have a good work ethic and motivation to work as a team player
a good communicator and have the ability to listen and receive instruction from management, work well with others, and establish professional relationships with team members and clients
