Looking for experienced janitor/custodian for spiritual center in Chapel Hill. Regular duties include weekly cleaning of facility, assistance with clearing ice and snow from walkways as needed, keeping outdoor trash receptacles clean, watering plants, etc. Flexible part-time schedule of 6-10 hours a week with occasional weekend hours required. Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. Skills with electrical, plumbing and/or painting and carpentry are a plus. Must have own reliable transportation.
