We are a full service landscaping contractor serving the greater Triangle community for over 20 years. We are committed to providing quality and reliable landscape and hardscape services to our clients and companies. We design and install commercial, public, and high-end residential projects that are architecturally sound and aesthetically pleasing.
As a Landscape laborer you will work alongside a crew responsible for commercial and/or high end residential landscape maintenance and installation. This is a full time, year round position. You will report to the crew leader of your crew.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Maintain a professional, polite and clean presentation of the team, the equipment and self.
Installation of plantings, hardscapes and other various landscaping projects.
Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks/trailers safely.
Help collect equipment/materials each day to perform the tasks at hand.
Complete required daily timesheet.
Report any problems that occur to your direct crew leader.
Following up with projects tasks with supervisor.
Maintain on site communications with team members, clients, contractors and/or subcontractors in a professional polite manner.
The laborer we are looking for will:
Have minimum of 1 year experience (not required, but highly preferred).
Be dependable with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Have reliable transportation to our office in Wendell
Knowledge and experience with irrigation systems and controllers- a plus but not required.
Knowledge and experience with installing two wire systems- a plus but not required.
MUST possess a valid NCDL with a clean driving record and be able to drive a landscape truck while pulling a loaded trailer if needed.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to bend and stoop on a continuous basis.
Be able to work outside in ALL weather conditions (we do also provide snow services).
Wear all company provided safety equipment as well as follow all safety protocol and procedures.
Bi-lingual - a plus but not required.
Be able to pass any required background check and drug test.
