Clean, inspect and maintain commercial restaurant kitchen hood and exhaust systems. Applicants must have a valid NC driver's license and dependable transportation, employees meet and travel to job sites together in company vehicles. Technicians are required to remove some equipment from the immediate area, cover the remaining equipment. Roof top fans, ducts, hoods and filters are treated with degreasers and cleaned using hot water pressure washers. Hoods are then dried, polished and reassembled. Majority of work is conducted during 3rd shift hours. Successful candidate must possess and maintain dependability, honesty and integrity. General electrical or mechanical abilities a plus but not required. No experience required, will train successful candidate. Weekly schedules are provide and take employee needs into consideration when possible.
