We are looking for full and part time, year-round team members to work in the creamery operation and some work with our small dairy herd. There are a variety of jobs to do on the farm and some team members are cross trained and exposed to different aspects of the operation that they are interested in. Weekend work is most often required. Qualifying candidates must have a track record of being reliable and on time, an ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, and work in all degrees of weather. Speed and efficiency is paramount. Food Service experience is a plus. Flexible, intuitive problem-solvers are rewarded.
If you have the above qualifications, great work ethic, and are interested in working on a farm and making dairy products, we can teach you the rest. During the training period the positions pays $8/hr and with demonstrated ability will earn $10/hour. There are advancement opportunities for those with leadership abilities.
