Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Compensation: Hourly 1099 wage $12.00 - $24.00/hr. based on experience and capabilities

Job Type: Part time, remote work. This position is perfect for someone who knows social media and wants to make extra cash and their own schedule. All work will be completed on a contract basis with deadlines and not schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising

-Experienced with graphic design (Illustrator, CorelDraw, Affinity Designer)

- Google Paid Placement advertising

- ROI Calculations and Google Analytics power user

- Familiarity with G SUITE Reseller Tools, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and the Google Suite

- Good understanding of SEO principles

- Demonstrated attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work with others

- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, requirements, and changes to projects

- Ability to follow technical procedures and guidelines within the organization's practices

- Oral and written communication skills to facilitate critical discussions between business customers, project stakeholders, and contracting team members

- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels

- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Job Roles:

- Responsible for all social media activity (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) developing and managing corporate social media accounts and all brands.

- Identify opportunities to improve the use of social media and develop 'followers' and generate leads.

- Building and executing an effective social media strategy that engages and grows the audience

- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and has a call to take action

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
