A leading accounting and consulting firm is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Raleigh, NC office.
A great attitude and attention to detail are key for this position. Candidates must be good problem solvers, focused on effectiveness, organized, flexible, self-directed, and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have a sense of urgency as well as the ability to work unsupervised at times. The ability to manage change and frequent interruptions are vital to this position. The administrative assistant must be able to prioritize duties/requests.
Duties include:
Processing, assembly and distribution of tax returns, financial statements and other deliverables
Document scanning
Maintain/track client information in various softwares
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Answer phones and greet clients
Assist staff members within the firm
The administrative assistant must possess outstanding computer knowledge (including Microsoft Word and Excel) and be enthusiastic about learning new programs and skills.
Must possess familiarity with office equipment, including multi-line phones, copier, scanner, printer and postage machine.
Applicants should have 3+ years of administrative experience (experience in a professional services firm preferred).
