Administrative Support position for the owner of an established construction company! Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to accommodate for deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Ability to organize and file accordingly
Follow-up with clientele as needed via phone as well as email
Coordinate and modify schedule for owner
Ability to compose a professional email with communication etiquette
Competency in computer programs and ability to navigate them smoothly
Capable of notating with clear and legible handwriting
Maintain a professional manner and clear communication style
Assist with preparation for construction draws
Requirements:
Must have 1-3 years of previous administrative experience. Must be self-accountable and open to direction given by owner.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. $12.00/hour. Temp to hire! Background check required.
