Job duties and Responsibilities
-Answer in-coming calls and route appropriately throughout departments
-Greets visitors in a professional, courteous and helpful manner
-Orders office supplies
-Responsible for general office organization and equipment troubleshooting
-Performs basic data entry into spreadsheets and/or using departmental specific software
-Prioritize mail and perform follow-up for requests received
-Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail, faxes and Fedex
-Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records daily
-Arranges conference calls and makes appointments; schedules conference rooms and may make arrangements for meetings (catering service/lunch pickup)
-Keeps work area orderly and neat
-Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards co-workers and all visitors
-Drives to other offices when needed (Local Raleigh area) (general office errands)
-Manage the office coffee station each morning and afternoon
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Superior customer service and communications skills in both English and Spanish
-Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced office environment
-Ability to work independently or with a team
-Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
-Availability from 8:30am to 5:30pm
-Knowledgeable with Work, Excel and E-mail
-Valid NC Drivers license
-Must be able to pass background check
-No experience necessary (We will teach you)
-Looking for long term employment
-Business Casual attire
