We are a Pediatric/Family Wellness based Chiropractic office located in Clayton, serving all of Johnston County. We believe God created our bodies to be self healing. Our mission is to get that message out through Chiropractic, and make health easy so families can get back to life.

We are looking for a part time office assistant with potential for full time hours in the future (avg. 20+ hrs per week - see office hours below)
You'll thrive if you’re someone who is responsible, mature, a self starter, personable, organized, can multitask, positive, outgoing/expressive, excellent with computers, and is passionate and enthusiastic about health! You MUST work well with kids and infants.
Specialized training provided. Computer skills are a must. Start date, and wages will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Discuss financial arrangements and take payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Manage email correspondence
- Operating computer specific software
- Handling day to day office procedures and follow systems
- Open and Close Office
- Assist in outreach and marketing initiatives
- Assist at events (internal and external health seminars and workshops)
- Educate/Motivate clients about healthy living
Applicants must exhibit the following attributes:
- Passionate about creating health in the community (particularly Kids/Pregnancy)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy clinic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Consistently enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
- Be self sufficient and dependable
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills (or at least proficient) including social media
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities
