Small independent investment firm seeks dynamic, high level administrative assistant to support investment professional in Cary NC. Part time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and often changing environment. Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills are critical. Investment, banking, securities or insurance experience a big plus.
Critical job responsibilities include:
Handle customer service and client needs
Maintain office equipment and supplies
Provide outstanding client service by answering the phones in a professional and courteous manner
Create systems to track and set up investment transfers
Process paperwork including mailing, filing, and copying.
Generate reports, prepare for meetings.
Transcribe dictation daily and draft letters for representatives signature.
Ability to work independently
Eventually run the office when investment professional is away
