What we are looking for-
-Experience in the HVAC industry a plus
-3+ years experience in customer service and appointment scheduling
-Great communication skills
-Works well within a team
-Excellent multi-tasker
-Ability to be very accurate, even under pressure
-Detail oriented
-Thrives in a fast paced setting
-Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Responsibilities to include-
-Schedule estimate appointments for customers
-Maintain estimate calendar for project managers
-Maintain install calendar for replacement crews
-Pull permits and schedule inspections
-Maintain department Excel spreadsheets
-Process all paperwork after system installations
-Assist management staff
-Keep project managers' office stocked with all needed documents
-Customer service
