As a leader in the acoustical consulting, audiovisual/technology system engineering and lighting design fields, we are always looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.
We are currently looking for a well-rounded, self-motivated person to support our Marketing and technical staff in the production of all client-facing collateral. This is a full-time position in our Morrisville, NC office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparing qualification packages and completing government forms as well as proposal
and collateral items.
- Draft/craft and fulfill our Social Media Marketing program, 3 to 5 posts per month across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Maintain our client database in ACT!.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors to our office.
Required skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Quickly learn the company voice and style.
- Detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment is a must.
- Work gracefully under deadline pressure. (A sense of humor helps.)
- Juggle multiple deadlines and tasks.
Required software knowledge
- Must be an expert with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be an expert with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- SEO, Social Media and Blogs
- Must learn Bluebeam (AEC version of Acrobat)
In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate must possess a Bachelors degree. (Marketing/ Communications /Technical Writing or related field) Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is a plus.

Our office hours are: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday
