La Therapie Spa in Cary is seeking a spa concierge for immediate hiring. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, team player that presents a professional appearance and is dedicated to provide exemplary client care. Be part of something great!
Job Duties:
Book appointments and follow-up with clients
Greet and check out clients
Re-book and ask for referrals
Skincare product sales and marketing
Inventory control
Educate guests on products and services
Inform staff of daily appointments and/or adjustments
Responsibility for balancing and checking register drawer
Manage client's email
Minimum qualifications for receptionist:
Part time position with full time options. Weekend hours may be required.
2-3 years experience as a receptionist in a medical office, spa, salon or related hospitality business
Must be able to pass a background check
Retail sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proven organizational skills
Must be reliable/dependable with excellent communication skills
Experience booking appointments, filing, answering phones and taking payments
Evenings and/or weekend work may be required.
