Experienced husband and wife Real Estate team has opened a BRAND NEW Cary office and we are looking to bring on customer focused, energetic real estate agents to join our team! If you are looking to take your real estate career to the next level, then this is the opportunity for you!
TONS of leads, great training and amazing support can be yours! We provide an experienced contract to closing manager to handle the closing details for you so you can focus on showing homes and writing contracts!
Qualifications:
NC Real Estate license (non PB status)
Skills Required:
Strong follow up and communication skills
Must be responsible, honest and hardworking
Must have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
Must have a positive and upbeat attitude
Must be willing to learn and embrace our team culture and systems (that work in today's market)
Must be a fast learner, self-directed and innovative
Must thrive in a fast paced/constant changing environment, be able to prioritize and work well under pressure
Must be self motivated and able to work as a team member without others always being present
Team Requirements:
Weekly team meeting - in our Cary office
Weekly brokerage state meeting - online
Hold open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to the local real estate market
Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
Pre-qualify leads and discern appropriate follow-up
Advise prospective buyers on market conditions, available inventory, and best negotiating tactics
Maintain communication and relationships with past clients and sphere of influence
Network and engage in the community to be of service as well as to locate new connections
Embrace and consistently use the team’s technology to document all client activity and interaction
Work team CRM daily for calls and follow up to convert leads
