We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, tenacious inside sales person who isnt afraid of the phone. Youll use consultative sales tactics while speaking with homeowners who want to sell their property to you.
People with a thirst for knowledge, a desire to improve on a daily basis, and who leave no stone unturned make a great fit with our company.

Were a fast moving team thats on a mission to grow.
Youll be prospecting for deals (all leads are screened and prequalified), setting appointments(for outside sales) with sellers, making both written and verbal offers, and updating all of your activities in our CRM. We have a weekly meeting on Monday 10:30-12:00 in our Raleigh that youll be expected to attend and to report numbers. Other than that, we expect you to be on the closing deals on the phone or setting up the outside sales for appointments! We will also provide you with first-class investment sales training.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
Prior inside sales experience - Real Estate Acquisition experience is a plus. Real Estate License is not required.
Consistent and proven track record of sales.
Professional business image, as you will be the voice of the company.
Familiarity with Google Docs and MS Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
Strong English written/verbal
Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Strong Research and Analytical Skills
High level of integrity and respect for others.
Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style -
Technical ability to learn our systems and Standard Operating Procedures.
Willingness to learn and continuously improve closing.
Awareness of your strengths and weaknesses (and asking for help when needed).
There will be a sales assessment once we review your application. 1099 position. We do profit sharing plus an hourly wage of $20.00 hr. Work from our office some flexibility to work from home. Hours are flexible 20 hours per week no more than 4 hours per day.
