We are a Multi-Regional Property Management Company looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our fast-paced apartment community, Tradition at Stonewater, in Cary. We are seeking an individual with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude to join our great team. As a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN the work day will consist of hands-on, daily maintenance duties at the property.
HVAC certified and CPO license/Pool care experience is preferred.
At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required.
Responsibilities include:
Timely completion of work orders and special projects
Completion and troubleshooting of plumbing, electrical and HVAC service requests
Completion of apartment turns including cleaning and appliance repair/replacement
Requires personal contact with apartment residents
High level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations
On-call rotation; may require overtime, holiday and weekend work
