Portfolio Community Association Manager - HOA

Office Location: Apex, North Carolina

Our company is seeking highly motivated community managers to join our expanding organization. As part of our team, we ware dedicated to five-star customer service, investment in employee education, and complete success in managing the homeowner associations that entrust us to oversee the care of their communities.

The positions will be responsible for managing the relationships between the homeowner association board of directors and community homeowners, as well as overseeing the maintenance of the communities' grounds/landscape, common areas, amenities (like a pool), and other community assets.

The community manager is an integral part of the leadership of a community, often acting as advisor to the board and community committees regarding association documents, policies, and social events.

Duties/responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

 Coordinating the daily business operations and management direction of a portfolio of community associations

 Understand community governing documents, applicable state laws and contracts

 Must have strong multi-tasking skills on many levels

 Must have utmost focus and professionalism

 Promote and maintain a genuine sense of community

 Excellent computer and software skills

 Financial understanding

Team member must possess:

 strong leadership skills and be a motivator

 excellent and strong communication skills

 Community Association Management Experience or relative experience

 Certified Community Association Manager Designation (CMCA) desired but not required
