We are seeking a Real Estate Administrative Assistant/ Client Care Manager to join our growing real estate team! The right person will be extremely organized, very driven by to-do lists and following up on items until completion. Must be SELF-MOTIVATED with very little supervision. Must be able to interact with clients professionally and deliver excellent customer service. Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and must be resourceful enough to figure out the answer to things without hand-holding. This job will not require any sales, although business development and customer service are paramount. Real estate experience is ideal but not necessary.

Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM.

Beginning pay $15 - $20 per hour, based upon experience. Lots of bonus potential and room for growth for the right candidate. Holiday pay. Position does not offer any medical benefits. 40 hours per week. Position can also be part time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Handling emails and scheduling appointments for team leader

- Communicate with clients daily

- Marketing for the company, the homes and brand awareness

- Daily email updates and weekly phone updates to clients

- Data entry

- Scanning, filing

- Building folders and presentation materials

- Preparing, stuffing, stamping and addressing bulk mailers

- Responsible for maintaining and updating a database with over 1000 names and numbers

- Responsible for maintaining several mailing lists and emailing lists of 300 to 1000 names

- Occasional errands and deliveries are required- reliable transportation necessary

- Blogs posts to social media

- Update social media

- Install and remove lockboxes

- Plan occasional events

Qualifications:

- Real Estate License

- Proficient with Google Drive

- Previous experience in office administration in the real estate field is a plus

- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Quick learner

- Self motivated

- Dependable, trustworthy and hard working
