A leading Healthcare IT company in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Mid-Sr. Business Analyst to work in an Agile Scrum product team . While this can be fully remote, preference is someone local to the Raleigh area. Strong potential to convert to direct hire with the company!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead design & development for modules and projects
• Create & maintain product backlogs
• Lead collaboration as part of the scrum team in refining user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engineering, infrastructure and business objectives
• Communications and status for stakeholders
• Assist with team and product documentation and communications to users/partners
• Learn and Share - Deeply values learning as a continuous investment and share knowledge within and across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
• Successful track record delivering in an evolving and fast-pace environment
• Experience with project management in a technology / software development organization
• Crafting web-based applications in Agile/SCRUM methodology

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience with APIs
• Documenting requirements, stories and project tracking using Rally and Aha!
• Superb communication as a writer, presenter, and facilitator with presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding collaborator and consensus builder
• Mindset to encourage team building and serving/growing our engineering community
• Results focused mentality with ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
• Proactive, phenomenal teammate who understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business/technical problems and objectives
• Proven excellent social skills including negotiation, communication, and influence
• Has broad application/ technology knowledge (i.e. Use case writing, business processes and system workflows documentation)
• Highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Innovative thinker comfortable embracing, proposing and leading change
• Experience in solving complex business problems while turning them into simple software solutions
• Comfortable working in a highly-matrixed environment, involving multiple partners and technical groups
