Piper Companies is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager for a full time position a leading SaaS company in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC). The Customer Success Manager will partake in implementation, training, and ongoing support to customers for a SaaS based analytics application.

Position is FULLY REMOTE - Eastern Standard Time Working Hours 8am-5pm EST

Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Developing relationships with clients to create educational atmosphere for users
  • Coordinating scheduling of software updates and new implementations according to client
  • Providing a vast knowledge base to support strong team environment
  • Making client satisfaction and retention the absolute goal of every interaction


Qualifications of the Customer Success Manager:

  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, Project Management)
  • Prior success building relationships with clients
  • Experience with collaborative software (Slack, ZenDesk, Flow)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree


Compensation for the Customer Success Manager:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

(Annual and Quarterly Bonuses also)
