Waiter.com continues to expand and we are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help with that expansion.
Account Executive, Restaurants:
The ideal candidate is able to handle the complete sales cycle - generating lead lists, quickly qualifying leads, reaching decision makers, and closing deals. Your prospects will be restaurant owners and general managers nationwide, who Waiter.com will bring orders to in exchange for discounted pricing from the restaurant. This is an inside sales role - outreach will be via phone and email, with occasional in-person visits. Working remotely is allowed after a ramp-up period.
Promote Waiter.com's services to restaurant owners and general managers via phone calls, emails, and occasional in-person visits.
Meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas
Create online notes for your sales activities in our CRM on a daily basis.
Gather, review, and submit sales-related documentation for approval - completed contracts, etc.
Excellent communication and people skills, including listening and empathy
Persistence, tenacity, and persuasiveness
A reliable self-starter who can work independently
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adjust your sales methods to increase sales
A B.A. or B.S.
Ability to speak Spanish or Mandarin
Experience working in, or with, restaurants
