IT Recruitment Manager

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Contract: Permanent Contract

Competitive base salary package plus uncapped commission, where you can earn up to 30% of your monthly billings.

We're putting significant investment into our new North Carolina office, and as one of our Recruitment Managers, you'll have a huge part to play in leading us towards our goal!

We are looking for an ambitious,

IT Recruitment Manager to join us in our new office based in North Carolina. You will need to be hard working, target orientated and confident to be successful in this role.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Identifying opportunities, working with a variety of new Clients within your speciality field through cold-calling, face to face meetings and networking
-Working with IT professionals in your market and presenting them to your Clients
-Regular communication with both Clients and candidates throughout the whole recruitment process
-Awareness of your market and growth opportunities

You'll need a minimum of three years previous Recruitment experience (this can be within any sector). Previous sales experience is preferred, but not essential and you must be professional and credible to deal with our clients and candidates.


Completely uncapped commission, where you can earn up to 30% of your monthly billings
