A1 Floors is a growing local family owned and operated discount flooring company located in Raleigh and serving the Triangle. We are experiencing considerable growth and are looking to add to our salesforce.
If you are new to sales this is a great entry level sales career opportunity. If you are a seasoned pro this is also a great opportunity to earn $50,000 - $70,000 and more annually.
Some of what we offer:
You will be paid as a subcontractor (1099).
50 hours of paid training at $8.00 an hour.
Once you complete the training you will have the opportunity to earn weekly commissions, monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. If you are successful you should expect to earn between $20,000 and $50,000 or more in your first 12 months. Expect to earn at least $50,000 from there on.
Continuous training and mentorship.
Opportunity to quickly grow your income. You will learn how to develop business on your own - and paid at a higher rate.
Additionally, you will be provided company scheduled appointments that you should close minimum of 40% on your very first visit. The more successful you are, the more company provided appointments you will receive. We reward success.
Free membership in a business referral network for referral business
Free product samples. We offer the biggest names in the business.
Company highly rated on social media, BBB, and review sites.
You will be offering the lowest price or certainly at the low end of all estimates you do, obviously increasing your ability to close your appointments.
You will have a huge amount of pricing latitude which is considerably easier than having a set price only.
Even at a high level of success, you will still have a huge amount of flexibility with your time. You will have the opportunity to earn full time income working a flexible schedule of part time hours. Be there for those "things" in life. Average 30 appointments a month at any level of success will earn you well over $50,000.
