Job Description
Looking for an individual with hand on sales experience, customer service and customer engagement. As a sales representative you will be mainly responsible for selling product and customer retention using your product knowledge, service skills and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with product and providing outstanding customer service.
Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
Achieving established sales goals
Increasing customer retention via email capture.
Meeting once a week in corporate office.
Requirements
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
The ability to read, write, and perform basic math
An Associates degree or high school diploma
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Work hours and Compensation
Work hours: This is a retail position, and we will arrange your shift.
Compensation: hourly wage + commission
