Full time auto body prepper needed for paint shop. Prior prepping experience preferred. We do not need a painter. The "prepper" will be responsible for preparing each vehicle for paint; taping and papering, sanding, scuffing, cleaning, and making sure each panel to be painted is ready for the painter. After vehicles are painted, this person will also be sanding, buffing, polishing, waxing, or otherwise making the vehicle ready to go out on the dealership lot for the sales team. We stay busy and we love what we do. We work on high end vehicles, and attention to detail is very important and required. We are looking for someone who is motivated, and can be present and on time daily. The position offered is 40 hours per week, but additional hours are available (and needed if interested). The pay will be based on the level of experience and will increase over time if goals are met. The only purpose for adding this position is to increase efficiency of the paint/body shop and get more cars done each week. If you cannot help to get more done, this is not the right job for you.
