Commercial construction carpenters for a Class-A build are needed immediately in the Raleigh/Durham area.
Job duties for commercial construction carpenters include, but are not limited to:
⢠Review specifications to determine work requirements
⢠Prepare and read operational reports
⢠Cut, install, build components, structures and fixtures with proficiency
⢠Assemble temporary structures
⢠Remove and replace worn, damaged, or outdated materials
⢠Coordinate activities with project management team, other tradespeople, and co-workers
⢠Coordinate and adhere to scheduling and plan of action
Physical requirements for commercial carpenters may include:
⢠Some exposure to weather
⢠Exposure to varying sound levels
⢠Constant use of hands to handle, feel, and control various tools and/or equipment
⢠Constant standing, bending, and/or twisting motions
⢠Periodical kneeling, stooping, crouching
⢠Constant repetitive movement(s)
Carpenters must
⢠wear proper PPE
⢠comply with all regulations including federal, state, local and on-site
⢠have all hand-tools, which should be working within safety specifications
