Compensation typical range from $30/h up to $60/h ($60,000 - $125,000 per year) depending on performance.

Specific Responsibilities FOREMAN (25% of time):

Training new recruits in accordance with what is needed technically, as well as in all areas of the Mr. Electric System including service expectations, customer focus, and efficiency.

Providing leadership and coaching in customer service and technical support. Also to oversee trainees, apprentices, and service professionals on the team.

Performs periodic inspections to ensure that each team member of maintains clean, neat vehicles and projects a clean, well groomed professional appearance at all times.

Lead by example.

Specific Responsibilities SERVICE ELECTRICIAN (75% of time):

Service, repair, maintain and install electrical equipment and systems.

Be able to get out of the get it done as fast as you can mentality.

Ensure the highest standards of customer service and quality of work is maintained.

Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs.

Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects

Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects

Follow established processes and procedures

Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer

Job Requirements:

Licensed Electrician in North Carolina.

10 years of electrical service experience of which min 5 years in electrical residential service.

Minimum 2 years of experience leading service electricians.

Ability to follow a proven methodology

Strong skills in evaluating condition of electrical equipment & systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and to determine needed repairs.

Strong interpersonal (people) skills both in-person and on the phone.

Good communicator both in written and verbal. Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology

Team player who can work independently

Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary.
