High end hardwood flooring company looking for trainees and experienced floor mechanics. Will train, and experienced floor mechanics will need experience with installation, repair, sand and finish of hardwood flooring and stairs. Main objective is to have someone who is capable of doing a job from start to finish, to OUR level of quality. Our ideal person would be willing to learn, pay attention to detail, be able to handle constructive criticism, have a GOOD attitude, and know how to work efficiently. You need to be available to work Monday through Saturday. This is a very physically demanding job, and as such, this is NOT a job for people who are not used to working hard. Driver's license, background check, drug test, and E-Verify required. NO SMOKERS. There will be a training period of three months. Pay rate will be determined by job performance. This is a permanent full time position.
