Fast-paced HVAC company serving Raleigh, Durham, and the surrounding areas for 20 years is looking to expand and grow even more. We are growing leaps and bounds, to fast for comfort. We are looking to partner with someone that can take the company to the next level.
Position Details:
Full-time position with overtime potential. This position requires the successful applicant to help train technicians how to perform system diagnostics, repairs, routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment. You will maintain and repair our customers' air quality systems. You will assist with repairing and calibrating systems, and replacing various components. You will diagnose problems, explain these to customers in clear, non-technical terms, relay costs to customers, and offer alternative solutions.
We are hiring part time as well
The requirements to fill this position are:
Must have H2 or H3 License
NATE Certification is a plus.
Have integrity - be honest and always put your best foot forward.
Experience and knowledge to properly troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of residential and
commercial HVAC systems and light refrigeration.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Be a team player.
Knows how to train technicians, and knows how to do so in a calm matter. We are not that company that
talks down to their technicians and employees.
Be professional - You are representing yourself and everything we stand for.
Good communication skills.
Be trustworthy.
Proficient in reading schematics and mechanical prints
Time management skills
