Palmetto Environmental Solutions is expanding our force for 2019. Looking for experienced crew leader/working supervisors who have a construction background (3 years minimum) and a willingness to work in both residential remediation, commercial construction and crawlspaces. This is a hands on position, working and leading crews of 2-6 people.
Palmetto Environmental Solutions is a mold remediation and crawlspace encapsulation company, with locations throughout SC and NC. We service both residential and commercial work, with many projects of 350,000 sq ft or more.
This is a full time position. We need 2 crew leaders at this time.
We need work ethic. You must be punctual, at work every day, and have a willingness to work with your team, keeping them in line with company expectations. We need responsible people. Work is steady, Monday through Friday. Very little weekend work.
We supply all training, vehicle and equipment. Ample opportunity for advancement. Very little travel outside the immediate area. Starting pay is $18 hour plus based on experience. We also pay for IICRCS520 certifications.
Duties include:
handling work orders for daily jobs
handling work orders to schedule crew and materials for jobs
-mold remediation in existing homes and commercial buildings
-minor construction repair (sheetrock/subfloor)
-vapor barrier install/ full encapsulation install
-removal of old vapor barriers/insulation
-inventory of trucks, trailers and warehouse
-pre and post testing for air quality at jobsites
-interaction with sales staff, homeowners and construction superintendents
Our office is in west Raleigh, off Jones Franklin Road. You must have a valid driver's license. We also run background and drug testing.
