Home Delivery Express Inc. has partnered with DHL and has multiple positions open for hard-working, dependable Delivery Couriers. If you are energetic, familiar with the Raleigh-Durham area, can work independently and great with customers, we'd love to have you join our team. You must be 23 years of age or older to drive our new 2017-2020 company vans. We will accept a mature 21 year old, with proven work experience and great time-management skills. No CDL or DOT required, we will provide all necessary training.
Our couriers work full-time shifts, Monday through Friday, and earn $15.25/hour. With successful work performance after 90 days, our drivers can earn up to $16.25/hour. Anything after 40 hours a week, drivers are guaranteed time and a half. The holiday peak season is approaching so hours may require some weekend availability! Plus, you will be able to participate in our monthly incentive program, which will allow you to earn an additional $0.75, based on 40 hours. All of our drivers are able to partake in our extensive, full benefits package. Additionally, drivers can earn PTO within the first 90 days of employment as well to take those vacations we all desire!
