Job AdKey Account Manager – Fleet FeetCarrboro, NC | Full-timeThe Key Account Manager, based in Carrboro, NC, will work closely with the Fleet Feet corporate team as well as their development company owners/operators and franchisees to acquire an understanding of their vision, needs and requirements. They are responsible for building specific business plans that align Altra and Fleet Feet’s financial and marketing goals. He or she will oversee sell-in and marketing activities specific to Fleet Feet to ensure the appropriate messages are delivered to their franchisees, development company owners/operators and e-commerce teams in a timely manner in order to deliver program details, product information and training materials. They will also monitor market trends and provide relevant sales analysis, on a weekly and monthly basis, in order to find new opportunities. Working closely with the marketing and operations departments at Altra and Fleet Feet Store Support, as well as their development company owners/operators and franchisees, they will serve as an effective communications coordinator to help all parties drive the business forward with a focus on minimizing the potential for chaos and confusion while maximizing sales and profitability.Job Description:Build strategic business plans and align marketing strategies with Altra’s annual marketing calendar

Serve as the link of communication between Altra and Fleet Feet Store Support

Acquire a thorough understanding of Fleet Feet’s mission, vision, and strategic plans

Develop trusting relationships within Fleet Feet through communication and proposed solutions to meet their objectives

Working with the Regional Sales Manager, develop annual and quarterly business plans specific to Fleet Feet

Participate in line showings to identify sales tactics and strategies

Collaborate with marketing department to slot specific programs and launch dates

Monitor and measure results and identify growth opportunities based on learnings

Recap analysis and provide feedback with specific suggestions for growth opportunities and areas of operational improvement

Analyze sell-in, sell-through, and other KPI's to develop growth strategies

Lead the development of case studies and storytelling to motivate development company owners/operators and franchisees to take appropriate action based on consumer demand

Collaborate with marketing to create content, POP and in-store displays

Collaborate with marketing and the Field Service Team to create training content and materials specific to Fleet Feet

Collaborate with sales team to develop product assortment recommendations

Facilitate ongoing collaboration between Altra and franchisees to maximize mutual success

Conduct annual footwear survey and share feedback

Facilitate Q1 and Q3 business reviews

Analyze and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Share franchisee feedback

Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Oversee communication to franchisees

Requirements:

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Excellent organizational skills

Ability in problem-solving and negotiations
