Job Title: Project SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous and organized Project Specialist to join our quality control team at a premier biopharmaceutical client. The Project Specialist will support a critical project for the raw materials team, creating controlled documents that provide all necessary information at a glance. This role involves consolidating large raw material specification documents into concise pages and writing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to govern the routing and management of these documents. The individual will work cross-functionally with various departments involved in raw material management and testing, requiring strong communication skills.Responsibilities

Create controlled documents that summarize extensive information into a single, easy-to-read page.

Consolidate large specification documents (20+ pages) into concise, at-a-glance formats.

Develop and write a comprehensive SOP to route and manage controlled documents.

Ensure the SOP serves as the governing document for all related controlled documents.

Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure document accuracy.

Maintain and update controlled documents as needed.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related life science field.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, and MS Office programs.

Proven attention to detail and experience managing a project in school or internship.

Experience with document control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

GMP knowledge.

Work EnvironmentOffice-based setting next to the lab area. Will work with other leaders and colleagues in departments involved with raw materials work such as supply chain, warehouse, receiving, document control, and labs. The position is Monday to Friday, 1st shift from 8am to 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Must be willing to drive to the site five times a week, with potential for remote or flexible work once trained and trusted by the manager.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
