Individual will have primary responsibility for desktop support and troubleshooting of and service to users of PHC hardware and software systems.
The IT Operations Engineer must have 3+ years' technical experience supporting a Windows 7 / Windows 10 environment, preferably in a clinical setting.
The IT Operations Engineer will answer calls as well as travel to various sites to address issues. The IT Operations Engineer is expected to function with little supervision, and be capable of leading projects that involve other members of the IT Operations team as well as other stakeholders.
Education : Associate degree in a technical or healthcare-related field, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience : 3+ years relevant experience deploying and / or administering IT operations solutions - hardware and software - in a Windows environment
Requirements : Requires knowledge of and experience with multiple facets of system administration including routine maintenance activities, system updgrades, and end user system configuration;
3+ years' experience supporting a Windows 7 / Windows 10 environment; Extensive experience supporting desktops, mobile devices, printers and networks in a corporate environment;
Previous Active Directory user management experience preferred.
Must have demonstrated excellent customer service skills, able to demonstrate independent decision-making skills to effectively, and with appropriate timeliness, ensure end users are able to function with the IT systems on a daily basis.
Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Regulations.
Will take part in the On-Call Rotation.
