Make a Difference.Patient Service Rep (Health Insurance)Overview of PositionAssist patients with questions regarding their bill, update insurance and file claims.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Take payments via credit card over the phone, return patient calls left on voice mail.

Assist in Accounts Receivable as time allows l

Look at demographics to update insurance, update incorrect address either for patients or insurance

Use various websites to locate correct or updated insurance information

What are the requirements needed for this position?1+ year medical billing or call center environment

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Computer literate. MS Office Suite proficient.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Knowledge of medical claims and insurance payers

Ability to multitask

Call Center experience.

Customer Service Skills such as listening and problem solving

Dependability, and attention detail

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?General Office Demands.

Ability to work a Monday to Friday schedule 8am -5pm.

Work from home. Company equipment provided
