Customer Service Representative
Assist customers over the phone, online and in person with orders and estimates for our full range of printing and copying services. This is an on your feet moving around kind of job. Position requires accurately pricing orders and entering details into computer. Also requires evaluating customer computer files.
Associate degree preferred
Math skills
Strong customer service skills
Printing and copying knowledge a plus
