We are seeking a full time dedicated Receptionist/Secretary to handle client duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk in or call our office, we want them to have a positive experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Starting pay is $10.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner.
- Enter clients information into our Database.
- Prepare PO folders.
- Maintain our filing system.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies.
- Ensure office cleanliness.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a secretary or receptionist is preferred.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High school diploma.
