Successful agency is looking for a candidate that will dial purchased leads, and follow processes and procedures to keep prospect on the phone. These calls will be warm transferred to our in-house sales agents. We offer in house training. Employees may have the ability to receive paid time off (PTO), 401k opportunities and shared health insurance cost.
Compensation is an hourly rate plus commissions.
