Due to our rapidly growing business at Coastal Kia we find ourselves need of a 3 day a week Service Consultant.
Schedule is Friday and Monday 7:30-6:00 and Saturdays from 8:00-5:00
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Greeting and checking in of Service customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Advising customers on needed repairs and maintenance
- Communicating needs between technicians and customers
- Arranging estimates
- Explaining repairs performed
- Following up with customers after visits
Time management skills, ability to multi-task, people skills, team oriented, and computer skills are a few of the abilities that would help succeed in this position.
Position may grow into a full time position in the future if candidate is interested and shows promise.
