A Front Desk Associate at our location in Carolina Beach is responsible for the daily operations of our property management team and to ensure outstanding guest services.
Job Summary:
- To deal efficiently and enthusiastically with all telephone and in-person inquiries.
- To ensure that all reservations are documented and input accurately into our reservation system.
- To attain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations of the business.
- To operate and accurately maintain a cash drawer.
- Hours and days of the week will vary. Must be available on weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
