Job Requirements:
⢠Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
⢠Top notch customer service skills
⢠Willingness to learn
⢠Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience
⢠General knowledge of hunting and boating
⢠Extensive knowledge of hunting/boating equipment (i.e. firearms, ammo, bows, boat motors, etc.) a huge plus.
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Provide Superior Sales Service
⢠Greet customers, answer questions, provide product recommendations, attend to unique and individual shopping needs of each customer, cross-sell and upsell when appropriate.
⢠Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
⢠Assist in cleaning, organizing & maintaining the warehouse
⢠Process purchases, returns and exchanges
⢠Set up merchandise displays and replenish stock on the sales floor
⢠Process newly received inventory shipments
⢠General maintenance of boat inventory, including washing boats and rigging as needed
⢠Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor
