We are a busy, local mechanic shop looking for a full time Service Advisers Assistant. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 year automotive experience, with parts experience preferred. You must also have a valid drivers license, with a clean driving record, and be able to drive both manual and automatic.
Your job responsibilities would include:
Greeting customers as they come into the shop, along with answering phones and scheduling appointments
Checking in customers drop off vehicles and recording the vehicles mileage and license plate number
Moving and parking customers cars in proper parking spaces
Putting away all shop stock parts and supplies, and taking initiative to reorder any needed supplies
Helping to keep the office clean and tidy
We are open from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on experience.
