This position is responsible for scheduling maintenance and repair work for Bob King Mercedes-Benz clients. Applicant needs to have an excellent memory, strong customer service, communication and organizational skills, phenomenal time management abilities, be friendly, dependable and able to multi-task in a high paced environment.
Position is full time. Monday - Friday 8-5. We offer a competitive wages and benefit package. Benefits will include: paid vacations, holidays, medical insurance, and retirement plan.
Responsibilities and Duties will include:
Talking with customers to discern their issues and needs
Scheduling customers appointments
Handling both inbound and outbound calls concerning customers vehicle
Helping to assist both customers and advisors as needed
Additional Qualifications needed:
Able to work as part of a team
Have a great attitude with clients and fellow employees
Strong computer skills
Experience:
Customer Service or Hospitality 1 year (Required)
Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
Knowledge of automobiles helpful
