Prepare Production Kick-Off Deck and identify the stakeholders of the project.
Coordinate Pre-Dev Technical Activities. Coordinate Staging Review.
Document All Re-Scoping. Facilitate the Review version, Compliance version document and upload for the Medical legal regulatory review.
Update the project status to all Stake holders.
Coordinate with the teams and stake holders for seamless site launch
