Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly effective Business System Analyst/Project Manager to join the Marketing Channel Execution & Transformation team. As a Lead Business Analyst for Channel Execution team, you'll shape the business-driven marketing technology solutions that guide strategic initiatives across channel Execution. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities and translate that insight into high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Operations & Technology teams to implement and optimize our marketing technology stack. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how can technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish roadmap, set priorities, manage resources and budgets.Job Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, and evaluate the needs of business partners and translating those needs into functional requirements and specifications

Work with business leadership to clearly define and prioritize project objectives, plan project deliverables and oversee execution of the overall plan

Participates in process improvement projects and re-engineering efforts by documenting and analyzing business processes and working with business teams to identify gaps

"Own" day-to-day project management, delivery of impactful recommendations, presents recommendations and solutions clearly and concisely and is able to focus on key points to portray the intended message or purpose

Operate as the voice of the project, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational and project levels; has the ability to frame messages for different audiences and "tell the story"

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project workstream leads, business stakeholders, Technology, Operations, peers, subject matter experts and others

Manages the execution, monitoring and controlling of each projects/campaigns using Agile principles

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of relevant industry experience, with 5 years of hands-on BA/BSA experience

Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving

Ability to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa

Experience working closely with Product Owners, technical leads and business users to drive requirement analysis, design & implementation

In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to define and recommend solutions while establishing high level of customer trust and confidence

Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience working in digital operations role leveraging Marketing technology to build, deploy, test, and analyze digital campaigns is a plus

Ability to liaison between Business Users and technology teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa

Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies

Proficient in project management and agile related tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence.
